The Sessions card shows your usage for the current month against your plan’s allowance, your plan name, and a link to billing. It is the same usage figure tracked in detail on the Plan and billing page.

Use this card to spot an approaching allowance before a campaign or seasonal peak. Session usage follows the billing cycle, while the performance range at the top controls dashboard analytics.

Setup status lists any remaining setup work:

  • Search on your store shows whether VIBE is live on your storefront, with a Turn on action if it is not.
  • Search style shows how search is presented (for example, built into your theme), with a Change action.
  • Product data shows when your catalog last synced, with a Manage action.

Resolve setup status from top to bottom. A healthy index does not make search live when the theme embed is off, and a live embed does not make a missing product searchable before it is indexed.

This panel shows whether Smart search and Match variants are enabled. It also shows the number of active Shopify filters, Boost and pin rules, and Search sliders.

Four cards show Total searches, Conversion rate, Revenue from search, and No-result rate for the selected range. Each card includes the change from the previous period. The page also includes daily search volume and top queries. Open Analytics for more detail.

Use the ranges as follows:

  • Last 7 days for a recent launch or incident.
  • Last 30 days for the normal weekly operating review.
  • Last 90 days for longer trends.
  • Custom range to investigate a campaign or known change window in Analytics.

A change is a comparison, not proof of a cause. Check the date of catalog, theme, rule, and campaign changes before attributing a metric movement.

Quick actions link to common tasks:

A Getting started checklist at the bottom repeats any remaining setup steps.

  1. Confirm Search on your store is live.
  2. Check session usage.
  3. Review the no-result rate and total search trend.
  4. Open Analytics when a metric needs investigation.
  5. Follow one Quick action.
  6. Return to the storefront and confirm the result.

Home says search is not live. Open the setup action, then confirm the VIBE Search app embed is enabled on the published theme.

Product data is old. Open Sync and Index. Check for a running, partial, cancelled, or failed sync before starting another full sync.

The dashboard has no performance data. Confirm the storefront widget is live and has received shopper activity in the selected range. Search Preview does not add storefront analytics.
