Plan and billing
Use Plan and billing to compare plans, change the Shopify subscription, and review usage.
Compare plans
Section titled “Compare plans”The comparison table lists all plans. The current plan is marked Active.
VIBE has four plans:

Feature rows are grouped by:
- Search and discovery: Explore mode, the standalone Explore block, Find similar, Tastes, Visual search, and Match exact variants.
- Merchandising: the number of merchandising rules (Starter 3, Growth 15, Pro 30, Enterprise unlimited), plus synonyms and redirects on higher plans.
- Analytics and support: Basic or Advanced analytics, and Standard, Priority, or Dedicated support.
Every plan also includes full semantic search; collections, pages, articles, popular searches, and suggestions; and one A/B test per 90 days.
Eligible new subscriptions include the 7-day trial shown during Shopify approval. Trial eligibility is tied to the store and is confirmed by the billing flow.
Change your plan
Section titled “Change your plan”Select Change plan under the plan you want. Your current plan is marked Active and Current plan. Shopify shows the subscription change for review before it takes effect.
Track your usage
Section titled “Track your usage”The Usage meter shows where you stand this billing cycle:
- Sessions used against your plan’s monthly allowance, with the percentage used and the date your usage resets.
- Merchandising rules used against your plan’s limit.
- Included in your plan, a list of included features.
How sessions and overage work
Section titled “How sessions and overage work”Sessions are the basis for VIBE’s billing. A session is a distinct shopper browsing session, counted from search and Explore activity. Each plan includes a monthly session allowance. Starter, Growth, and Pro bill usage above the allowance at $5 per 1,000 sessions under the subscription’s approved usage terms. Enterprise uses custom terms. The counter resets at the start of the next billing cycle.

Billing questions
Section titled “Billing questions”What happens when I reach my session limit? On Starter, Growth, and Pro, search keeps working and sessions above the included allowance are billed at $5 per 1,000 under the subscription’s approved usage terms. Enterprise usage follows the terms attached to the store’s subscription. The counter resets at the start of the next billing cycle.
How is a session counted? A session is a distinct shopper browsing session, counted from search and explore activity. Clicks and cart-adds within the same session do not add to the count.
Can I change plans at any time? Yes. Select Change plan on the plan you want and review the change in Shopify.
