Plan and Billing is authoritative for the current store's subscription state.

Help admin page with setup, documentation, FAQ, system checks, email support, and request-a-call actions.

Help collects self-service resources, service checks, and contact actions.

  • Compare current plan price, monthly sessions, feature access, and limits.
  • Review current session and merchandising-rule usage.
  • Select another plan and approve the change through Shopify.
  • Check the usage reset date.
  • Use the in-page support card for subscription questions.

Treat the live Plan and Billing page as authoritative for the current store. Plan configuration and subscription state can change.

Read Plan and Billing.

The Help page provides:

  • Setup wizard: reopen guided setup.
  • FAQ: common setup, storefront, indexing, analytics, and billing answers.
  • Documentation: task and reference guides.
  • What’s new: the VIBE changelog.
  • System checks: Search API, Indexing, Synonyms and Rules, and Analytics availability.
  • Getting-started checklist: remaining launch tasks.
  • Email support: a direct support message.
  • Schedule a call: a prefilled email request.

System checks report service availability. They do not prove that every query is relevant, every product is eligible, or every theme integration is correct.

Read Help and support.

The schedule action opens an email. Include:

  • Store domain.
  • Your name and contact details.
  • Reason for the call.
  • Preferred dates, times, and time zone.
  • Whether the topic is setup, search quality, analytics, billing, or another area.

The call is not booked until the team confirms a time by email.

Include:

  1. Store domain.
  2. Published theme name.
  3. Exact storefront URL.
  4. Exact query, product, or setting.
  5. Expected behavior.
  6. Actual behavior.
  7. Desktop or mobile and browser.
  8. Market and language.
  9. Screenshot or screen recording.
  10. Approximate time of the issue.

For ranking problems, include the same query from Search Preview. For theme problems, include Appearance > Installation status.

Ask four questions:

  1. Does this change catalog eligibility, indexed data, ranking, presentation, or measurement?
  2. Does it need a sync, theme re-check, both, or neither?
  3. Which query and storefront path will prove it worked?
  4. Which Analytics measure should change if shoppers benefit?
